Item description : Young plant grown from spores of Platycerium Aunty Au (not tissue culture) in 10cm pot. You receive a plant similar to the one on pictures.
Habitat and Description : Platycerium “Aunty Au” is a Thai obtention and the result of crossing Platycerium hilii with Platycerium willinckii. The plants for sale are the offspring of this primary hybrid.
Care : Easy to grow but prefers acidic water, if your water is too alkaline it’s better to bath your plant in rainwater or distilled water. When the plant is well acclimated, you can put it in half shade or full sun. This species can tolerate drought to some extent but needs plenty of water during the growing season.
Cold hardiness : Tropical plant, keep frost free.
