Item description : 1 Zamia herrerae seedling in a 1,4 liters pot with 1-2 leaves. You receive a plant similar to the pictured one.
Habitat and Description : Plant originating in El Salvador and quite rare in cultivation. It grows a largely subterranean caudex and 0,5-1m leaves with lots of thin leaflets. Probably well suited to pot cultivation.
Care : Easy to grow if given heat and humidity. Do not let the young plant dehydrate as they’re very sensitive to the lack of water. Adult plants are more tolerant.
Cold hardiness : Given for zone 9b but foliar damage may appear at 0°C/-1°C
