Cycas micholitzii (China)

Item description : 1 Cycas micholitzii (China) seedling in a 1.4L pot. You receive a plant similar to the pictured ones. 

Habitat and Description : Cycas micholitzii is supposed to come from central Vietnam and Laos, but some similar plants are cultivated in China. The plants on offer come from this Chinese cultivated stock. Seedlings already look different from the Vietnamese locale, so only time will tell what they’ll look like when mature.

Care : Easy to grow, will prefer dappled shade. To be grown in a well draining soil mix with plenty of heat and water in summer. Neutral soil pH prefered, if calcareous, organic matter and iron can be added for better growth. 

Cold hardiness : Given for zone 9b but damages may occur at higher temperatures.
