Cycas couttsiana 1cm caudex

Item description : One (1) well rooted seedling with one leaf in a 1,4 liters pot. You receive a plant similar to the pictured ones.

Habitat and Description : One of the bluest species of Australia. Grows in a habitat with very distinct season and high temperatures.

Care : Slow growing and sensitive to rot. This species enjoys a lot of sun and warmth, reduce watering in winter but do not allow the soil to become dry. Try to keep the caudex buried at all times to avoid dehydration. For optimal growth, this species needs tropical conditions. Cold hardiness : Sensitive do the combination of cold temperatures and high humidity. To be kept in pot or planted in dry winter area that only freeze occasionaly .
