Cycas revoluta x multifrondis Hybrid 8cm (undivided leaflets) RMD2

Item description : One (1) well rooted plant with an 8cm caudex in a 10 liters pot. The plant for sale is the pictured one.

Habitat and Description : Hybrid obtained from the pollination of a female Cycas revoluta with pollen of Cycas multifrondis. It seems to be a form of the hybrid with undivided leaflets though maybe some will become divided as the plant ages. Very tropical looking Cycas and cold hardy, ideal for garden with frequent frosts!!

Care : Fast growing hybrid, can be grown in full sun or shade. Likes well draining soil but needs a lot of water in summer, especially if grown in full sun.

Cold hardiness : Hardy to zone 9a, probably 8b. More trials need to be made to determiner this hybrid’s limits.
