Habitat and Description : Acaulescent Australian species with dark green leaves and a very tropical look. Its medium size and its soft leaves make it a choice species for small gardens. This species is relatively common in habitat and in cultivation, it can be distinguished by it’s very short and thick petiole spines.
Cold hardiness : Given for zone 9b (-4°C), but foliar damage can happen at higher temperatures. Moderately cold hardy, best cultivated under canopy.
