Habitat and Description : Endangered species from Honduras. Its habitat is threatened by clear cuts of the forest made for pastures, which is fatal to these plants. This species looks a bit like Zamia standleyi but can be distinguished from it with these features: thinner and more numerous leaflets, smaller stature but higher number of leaves.
Care :Tropical species but tolerates dry air, fairly easy to grow, likes heat and water in summer.
