Item description : 1 Zamia muricata seedling in a 1,4 liters pot. You receive a plant similar to the plant on pictures. The last pictures show the motherplant (not for sale). Be careful,this species is tropical so I highly suggest to keep it in tropical conditions for the first years (minimum 20°C and higher during the day)
Habitat and Description : Acaulescent species from Venezuela. It makes leaves up to 1.5m tall growing erect. With time plants can divide and form large clumps. The female cones of that species take between 1.5 and 2 years to mature! Some plants make brown new leaves but most are green. Nice tropical look.
Care : Intermediate difficulty. The seedling stage can be a bit tricky, so it’s best to keep it warm during the first year (minimum 20-25°C ideally). Well draining soil mix and good waterings when it’s hot are recommended.
