Item description : 1 Zamia stevensonii seedling in a 1,4 liters pot with a 3cm caudex. You receive a plant similar to the pictured one. The second picture shows the new leaf of an older plant as exemple.
Habitat and Description : Beautiful species originating in the humid tropical forests of the center of Panama. It’s a cousin of Zamia elegantissima but it’s much smaller in size and its new leaves are bright yellow or white, giving it a very peculiar look! It used to be known as Zamia sp. “El Blanco” (The White in Spanish) before it was officially described.
Care : Attention, this species is tropical so it requires warmth and humidity. It hates temperatures under 20°C and above 32°C and ideally the humidity should range from 70 to 90%
Cold hardiness : Purely tropical
