Habitat and Description :Species from Mexico. Common in cultivation and very appreciated for its brown or green emerging leaves. It’s often mistaken for Cyrtomium ferns especially when it grows into a large bush.
Care : Easy to grow if given heat and humidity. Do not let the young plant dehydrate as they’re very sensitive to the lack of water. Adult plants are more tolerant as long as they are grown in a well draining medium.
Cold hardiness : Given for zone 9b but foliar damage may appear at 0°C/-1°C
