Cycas revoluta x multifrondis Hybrid 7cm

Item description : One (1) well rooted plant with a 7cm caudex in a 10 liters pot. The plant for sale is the pictured one.

Habitat and Description : Hybrid obtained from the pollination of a female Cycas revoluta with pollen of Cycas multifrondis. Mature plants have most of their leaflets divided. The plants offered for sale start to show some bipinnate leaflets.

Care : Fast growing hybrid, can be grown in full sun or shade. Likes well draining soil but needs a lot of water in summer, especially if grown in full sun.

Cold hardiness : Hardy to zone 9a, probably 8b. More trials need to be made to determiner this hybrid’s limits.
