Habitat and Description : One of the smallest Dioon, found in the Sonora desert in Mexico where it grows in very dry habitats. Its leaves are bluish after emergence and then fade to green. Very rare in cultivation.
Care : Easy to grow as long as it’s given heat, water in summer and good fertilizer. Grows very well in calcareous conditions. Sensitive to excess water when temperatures are cool. Plant from hot habitats.
