Item description : 1 Nymphaea candida, flowering size division, to be planted in clay soil in a full sun pond, cold hardy species.
Habitat and Description : European species that is not frequent in cultivation, it looks like Nymphaea alba but remains smaller in size. It’s mostly found in northern europe, from colder climates compared to Nymphaea alba but seems to do very well here in South France
Care : Easy to grow, like any cold hardy waterlily, clay soil, full sun and fertilizer (like osmocote) regularly
Cold hardiness : At least zone 8b, the mother plant was in an outdoor tub with -7°C temperatures
