Habitat and Description : Chinese species with a tropical look and still rare in cultivation.

Care :Easy to grow and relatively fast. One of the cold hardiest one (after Cycas revoluta and panzhihuaensis) that deserves to be cultivated more.

Cold hardiness : Some plants survived in zone 8b. Ideally it should planted in zones 9a and above.
