Dioon edule 25cm caudex

Item description : Well rooted 25cm caudex plant in a 15 liters pots. The plant for sale is the pictured one and is female. Some of our plants show leaf damage (visible on pictures) because of the very harsh winter but they’re perfectly healthy nonetheless and should make new leaves in summer.

Habitat and Description : Very hardy mexican species with leaves ranging to dark glaucous green to light green.

Care : Very easy to grow as long as it’s given heat, water in summer and good fertilizer.

Cold hardiness : Given for zone 8b (-8°C/-9°C) but foliar damage may occur at higher temperatures.
